Fluorescent Powder
There are 12 colors of fluorescent powder: fluorescent pink, fluorescent peach pink, fluorescent orange red, fluorescent red, fluorescent green, fluorescent blue, fluorescent orange yellow, fluorescent yellow, fluorescent orange red, fluorescent purple, fluorescent purple red and fluorescent white. Fluorescent pigments are widely used in coatings, inks, printing plastics, leak detection, candles, colored clay, and other fields of technology characteristics. Our phosphors have anti-stick roller, temperature resistance, weather resistance, solvent resistance and other properties, which can meet the special requirements of customers in all aspects.
In coatings and inks, the fluorescent powder has fine and uniform particle size and full, bright and pure hue. The phosphor has dissolution resistance, color bleeding resistance and good covering power.
Fluorescent powders are used in aqueous and various non-polar solvent systems. Such as printing and dyeing paste, water-based ink, so that the product has excellent film-forming property, and the fluorescent powder have the characteristics of high coloring power and high gloss.
Thermoplastic fluorescent powder is mainly used for plastic coloring in low temperature section (130℃-190℃) and high temperature section (180℃-280℃). Fluorescent pigments are adapted to various plastic processing technologies, so that products have strong fluorescence effect. High coloring power, thermal and light stability, good compatibility and excellent dispersibility.
Fluorescent powder has the advantages of the most bright and strong fluorescent color, strong coloring power and vibrancy. It is especially recommended for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and film blowing processes, production of safety facilities, toys, packaging materials, shopping materials, shopping bags and other eye-catching commodities. Phosphor has high coloring power, strong fading resistance, extremely fine particle size and strong solvent resistance. It is suitable for curved surface and gravure printing inks, screen printing inks, textile printing and dyeing inks, crayon colorants, paint coatings, air-soluble paint, brush and spray paint, baking paint, plastisol and other waterborne and non-waterborne systems.
Fluorescent powder should be carefully tested before using fluorescent pigments at high temperatures or using mixed solvents. Fluorescent Pigment Phosphor contains free zinc, magnesium, calcium and iron ions plastic processing additives will produce color migration when mixed with fluorescent pigments. Therefore, when using additives, the influence of pigment stability should be thoroughly detected. It can be stored for a long time in cool, dry, dark and sealed conditions.
