Color Masterbatch (Color Masterbatch) is a granular colorant made by uniformly dispersing high concentration pigments or dyes in carrier resin. It has excellent dispersibility and thermal stability, and is widely used in coloring various plastic products.

1. Basic composition and classification

Core Ingredients:

Pigments/Dyes: Colors are provided (e.g. titanium dioxide, phthalocyanine blue, carbon black, etc.).

Carrier resin: plastic compatible with the substrate (e.g. PE, PP, ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, etc.).

Additives: Dispersants, stabilizers, etc. (to improve processing performance).

2. Core strengths

Color uniformity:  The pre-dispersion process avoids color aberration when using the pigment directly.

Environmental protection: reduces dust pollution (compared to powder pigments).

Economy: Reduce storage and metering costs.
